Terms of Use

1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ponytrade website, applications and services, including Spot, Futures, Up/Down, the Meme Launchpad, and any sale of the PONY token (together, the "Platform").

1.2 By accessing the Platform, connecting a wallet or participating in a token sale, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2.1 The Platform and the PONY token sale are NOT available to any person who is a citizen or resident of, or located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction (a "Restricted Person").

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions currently include:

• The United States (including its territories, and any "U.S. Person" as defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933) and Vietnam;
• the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions;
• any other country or region under UN, EU, UK or U.S. (OFAC) sanctions;
• any other jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful.

2.3 By using the Platform you confirm, on an ongoing basis, that you are not a Restricted Person, are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, are at least 18 years old, and that your use of the Platform is lawful where you are.

2.4 If you become a Restricted Person, you must stop using the Platform immediately and withdraw your assets under section 3.5.

2.5 Nothing on the Platform or in our marketing is an offer or solicitation to any Restricted Person.

3.1 Geo-blocking. We block access from Restricted Jurisdictions by IP address. This does not replace your own obligation under section 2.

3.2 Self-declaration. Before registering, connecting a wallet or joining a token sale, you must confirm that you are not a Restricted Person. A false confirmation is a material breach of these Terms.
